#### **Unacceptable Behavior** Any of the following types of behavior or content are strictly prohibited on TuneMedia.Club. In case of a violation, the authorities reserve the right to take any action, including removing content or permanently banning a user without prior notice.

**1. Harassment and Defamatory Comments:** * Posting any kind of personal attack, insult, demeaning, threatening, or abusive comment. * Publishing others' private information (such as address, phone number, email) without their permission (doxxing).

**2. Offenses Against Women and Children:** * Posting derogatory, sexually suggestive, or harassing comments or content targeting women, children, or individuals of any gender or age. * The promotion or exchange of child pornography or any content harmful to children is strictly forbidden and is a legally punishable offense.

**3. Anti-State and Unlawful Activities:** * Publishing any comment or content that goes against the sovereignty, constitution, or prevailing laws of Bangladesh. * Posting content that incites any form of criminal activity, terrorism, or violence. * Making defamatory or false statements about important state officials or institutions.

**4. Religious Intolerance:** * Publishing any comment or content that hurts any religion, scripture, religious figure, or religious sentiments. * Any discussion that disrupts communal harmony or spreads hatred is strictly prohibited.

**5. Copyright Infringement:** * Sharing or distributing someone else's intellectual property or copyrighted content (e.g., movies, music, books, software) without permission.

**6. Spam and Malicious Content:** * Attempting to spread irrelevant commercial promotions, scams, phishing links, or malware. * Using any malicious code or script with the intent to disrupt the normal functioning of the website.

**7. Misinformation and Rumors:** * Spreading false information, fake news, or rumors that are harmful or misleading to society.

#### **Enforcement and Consequences** Our moderator and admin team is responsible for enforcing this Code of Conduct. If anyone violates these rules, we may take one or more of the following actions depending on the situation:

* **Warning:** Issuing a personal warning to the user.

* **Content Removal:** Deleting the offensive comment, post, or content from the website. * **Temporary Ban:** Temporarily blocking the user's account for a specific period.

* **Permanent Ban:** Permanently banning the user from our platform for serious or repeated violations.

* **Legal Action:** Taking legal action in accordance with the country's prevailing laws, where applicable.
